I specialize in working with New Construction Homes and first-time home buyers and sellers.
I like to start off with a phone meeting to go over a short questionnaire to learn your wants and needs. Then I will set you up with a personal profile to look at homes and save the ones you like. I can see any comments and saves you make to better know what you are looking for.
As your agent I do work around the clock to find your perfect match. However, for showings I am available Mon-Fr. from 10AM – 5PM & evenings and weekends when scheduled ahead of time.
Marketing is a key factor in attracting potential buyers and selling your home fast, for top dollar. I provide professional photography and videography for FREE for all of my clients alongside my large agent network and online advertising.
